Switch things up- Eating the same healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner can get so boring. If you are feeling less than motivated, find some new recipes to try. The same is true with exercise. If you run the same route everyday at the same time, your body is just use to your routine. Find a dance class to try, or even just add intervals to your regular run.
Take a break-Feel like if you track every morsel of food today you may pull out your hair? Maybe you need to take a day off. Just still to healthy choices without worrying about writing everything down. The small break will help you stay motivated the next day and days to come.
